1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using FloraCraft Academy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase paid offerings.
- If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.
- We may provide supplemental terms for specific features (e.g., live workshops) which will apply in addition to these Terms.

2. Accounts, access, and security
Some features require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Provide accurate, current information during registration and keep it updated.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or a security incident affecting your account.
- We may suspend access if we reasonably believe an account is compromised, used fraudulently, or violates these Terms.
You may not share paid-access credentials with others unless a specific plan explicitly permits it.

3. License, intellectual property, and permitted use
FloraCraft Academy and its content (including lessons, videos, worksheets, templates, designs, text, graphics, branding, and software) are owned by FloraCraft or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
3.1 Limited license
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment (if applicable), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes.
3.2 Restrictions
- No copying, resale, redistribution, public performance, or sublicensing of course materials unless expressly permitted in writing.
- No circumventing access controls, DRM, paywalls, or security features.
- No scraping, automated extraction, or bulk downloading where prohibited by the Service’s technical measures.

4. Payments, pricing, and billing
Prices, plan features, and billing intervals are shown at checkout or within the relevant enrollment page. By providing a payment method, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge applicable fees, taxes, and any additional amounts you approve.
- Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or bank fees unless stated otherwise.
- Trials and promotions: If a trial converts to paid access, you will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
- Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback may result in suspension while the dispute is investigated.

5. Cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling
Because many offerings include immediate access to digital materials, refunds are not guaranteed and may depend on the specific product, your location, and what has been accessed or delivered.
5.1 Digital content access
Once substantial digital content is accessed or downloaded, we may deny refund requests to prevent misuse, except where consumer laws require otherwise.
5.2 Live sessions and workshops
- If a live session is rescheduled by us, you may choose to attend the new time or request a reasonable alternative (when available).
- If you cannot attend a scheduled live session, recorded access (if offered) may serve as the substitute.
5.3 How to request a cancellation/refund
Submit your request through the Support & Notices modal on this page, including your purchase email, date, and product name. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. We may investigate and take action for violations, including removal of content, suspension, or termination.
- Do not upload or transmit malware, exploit code, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not harass, threaten, defame, or infringe on others’ rights.
- Do not use the Service to send spam or deceptive communications.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code where prohibited.

7. Privacy and communications
We process personal data as described in our privacy practices and as needed to provide the Service. We may send operational emails (such as receipts, account notices, or security alerts). Where required by law, we will obtain consent for marketing communications.

8. Disclaimers

9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FloraCraft and its affiliates, instructors, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim will be limited to the amount you paid to FloraCraft for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, used the Service unlawfully, or posed a security risk. You may stop using the Service at any time.
- Upon termination, your license to access the Service will end.
- Sections intended to survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability) will survive termination.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to our operations, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of competent jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections provide otherwise.
